A mare that rises in grade has been sensationally backed at odds with Sportsbet.com.au to take out the Proud Miss Stakes (1200m) this Saturday at Morphettville.
Andrassy, who comes off a last start fourth at Caulfield in a mares race, opened $51 to win here. That price was clearly wrong as she now sits at $14.
Late money in the race has come for I Love It ($4.80-$4.40) and My Poppette ($11-$7.00) with Kayjay’s Joy ($16-$11) and A Lotta Love($31-$21) also being specked at big prices.
