Maurus has drawn a middle gate at Randwick on Saturday and the six-year-old is a $15 chance with Godolphin’s Magic Hurricane holding favouritism at $4.

Chris Waller will have five runners in the staying feature and three in the Epsom Handicap headed by the favourite Winx.
