Online bookmaker sportsbet.com.au reports a steady stream of support for Generalife.

The Godolphin runner has firmed from $8.00 into $7.00 and is now equal second favourite with Our Boy Malachi.

Srikandi heads betting, but has eased slightly from $5.50 out to $6.00.

In Sires Produce betting Victorian filly Payroll is the best supported runner.

Wicked Intent Counterattack and Blueberry Hill share favouritism at $4.80.

Ballet Suite ($2.40) is favourite for The Roses and a win will tighten her price of $7.00, for next week’s Oaks.

“The 10,000 looks a race of many chances, which has been evident in the betting. The money trail was for Srikandi, but Generalife has been the best backed runner recently and if the support continues he’ll be the punter’s pick,’’ said sportsbet.com.au’s Will Byrne.
