Hawkesbury Gold Cup winner Leebaz continues to attract plenty of support for Saturday’s Group 1 Doomben Cup.
The team Hawkes runner has shortened from $4.20 into $3.80 at Sportingbet.com.au this week and is in from $5.50 since last Friday.
“We’ve written one bet of $5,000 at $4 and taken a stack of other four-figure bets for Leebaz over the past few days,” Sportingbet’s Andrew Brown said.
“More than 60% of the money we’re holding in our all-in market is for Leebaz and he’s clearly our worst way.”
Last start Hollindale Stakes winner Streama remains soild at $4 while Warrnambool Cup winner Akzar has eased from $4 out to $4.80.
