Racing Queensland is being run by KPMG after the sacking of the four administrative boards in the wake of the greyhound live baiting scandal.
Unlike other states, RQ’s integrity department oversaw all three racing codes – thoroughbreds, harness and greyhounds.
Integrity head Wade Birch and RQ chief executive Darren Condon have both been sacked after being issued with show-cause notices.
A Commission of Inquiry has recommended a seven-member all-codes board be established as the control body for all three codes of racing.
