Race One (12:53) : Where’s Lewy Grantham Handicap (90) 2400m:
Back Me: 7 Space (Best Odds: $6.50) didn’t look happy at all on the bog track last time out at Sandown when finishing midfield behind in form galloper Tintaglia. This looks his level and gets the services of Tourneur.
Big Danger: 6 Rich River (Best Odds: $2.80) ran over 2500m on the course proper two weeks ago and tried hard but had to settle for second to High Church. This looks more his go and gets the services of Harry Coffey.
Roughie: 3 Flying Casino (Best Odds: $9.00) is on the back up from racing last Saturday where he ran last of five behind in form stayer Killarney Kid, with the slow tempo not being ideal at all. He runs well on the Parks track and can be a sharp improver.

Race Two (13:28) : UBET Adelaide’s Festival Of Racing Handicap (75) 1950m:
Back Me: 2 Streaming By (Best Odds: $4.80) resumed at Balaklava a tick over three weeks back and tried hard but had to settle for second to Social Lane, who ran well on Sunday to frank the form. His form from racing in Sydney is far superior to anything engaged here and will take a stack of beating.
Big Danger: 6 Joyful Journey (Best Odds: $4.80) ran over 1400m at Murray Bridge last Wednesday and stuck to the task well when running third to Edgewood. Could be a sharp improver at this trip now and is a definite threat.
Roughie: 4 Almahstique (Best Odds: $5.50) produced a brilliant finish to blouse Dashebo at Gawler a tick over three weeks back. That filly didn’t run too bad last week in a Stakes race so the form is solid and this galloper has enormous upside.

Race Three (14:03) : Serafino Wines Handicap (82) 1000m:
Back Me: 7 Shaf (Best Odds: $3.40) has really put it together in recent times, winning three on the bounce, the latest coming three weeks back over 1100m on the course proper. Draws well, Neilson sticks…why not?
Big Danger: 5 Lucky Symbol (Best Odds: $4.80) is a very talented galloper that resumes for Phillip Stokes. He is a Stakes class horse on his best form, and a recent trial win was outstanding. He flies fresh and Dom Tourneur so he has to be rated as a major threat.
Roughie: 13 House Of Wax (Best Odds: $21.00) only had two runs during the early part of the Summer and wasn’t disgraced in each run. No trials, but he can sprint well fresh and storm home late.

Race Four (14:43) : UBET SA Sires’ Produce Stakes 1400m:
Back Me: 9 Flying Jess (Best Odds: $7.00) comes off a recent run on the Pakenham Synthetic where she ran second to impressive winner Biased Witness, who was heavily backed on Monday at Flemington and didn’t pull up 100% so I’ll respect that formline here.
Big Danger: 6 Outback Rain (Best Odds: $6.50) was kept safe in betting last time out on the Pakenham Synthetic and really chased hard in the straight to get the maiden win. This isn’t a strong race and stable has a good record when traveling.
Roughie: 10 Toyshop (Best Odds: $18.00) debuted at Balaklava and worked home to the line well without threatening behind Posh Journey. Has plenty of upside and is in the right stable.

Race Five (15:23) : MAC Drink Driving? GROW UP Handicap (82) 1300m:
Back Me: 5 Master Sommelier (Best Odds: $4.20) was well backed to win two back over 1250m here before running a game second to Casino Wizard. Tends to race better on the Parks track and stable is low flying with their SA runners.
Big Danger: 2 Sir Berus (Best Odds: $9.00) is a handy galloper that resumes for Colin Little. His form in Victoria last time in was very solid and most of the time he didn’t get luck in running. Jump outs have been pleasing and despite the wide gate, is a leading chance.
Roughie: 15 Coachella (Best Odds: $9.00) ran over 1200m on the course proper three weeks back and closed off strongly late when a close up fifth to Regal Magnus. She is going very well this time in, but just can’t get luck. Needs it here with the horror draw but is just about the best horse in the race.

Race Six (16:03) : H C Nitschke Stakes 1400m:
Back Me: 2 Rageese (Best Odds: $1.75) was fantastic at his first run for Darren Weir at Sandown, sitting deep no cover before taking the lead and showing some fight to get the job done. Now his confidence is up, he can go right on with it.
Big Danger: 12 Serenade (Best Odds: $5.00) started short odds last time out at Ballarat and justified the short quote with a pretty comfortable win. She has always been a Stakes class horse and she finds a very winnable race here.
Roughie: 10 Cobber (Best Odds: $51.00) resumed over 1200m and really caught the eye late in the piece when running fourth to Faatinah. He will eat up the extra trip here, has upside and will be strong late.

Race Seven (16:38) : Holdfast Insurance City Of Adelaide Handicap 1400m:
Back Me: 10 Rationality (Best Odds: $5.00) was backed as if she was Black Caviar last weekend and the bets were landed. $8 to $6.50 already here, and I think she will start favourite, or she should anyway. Not much opposition here and if it is, they are drawn terribly. Parks track suits leaders and this mare will be up on speed on the minimum.
Big Danger: 1 Riziz (Best Odds: $11.00) has had terrible luck at his past two outings, getting stuck six wide no cover on each occasion. Draws much better and on his best form, he’d just about take care of these.
Roughie: 12 Qadir (Best Odds: $12.00) has been given a three week freshen up since making ground late behind Shaf over 1100m on the course proper. He will get back again and look to ambush if the speed is on.

Race Eight (17:13) : Chairman’s Stakes 2020m:
Back Me: 2 Howard Be Thy Name (Best Odds: $2.80) looks the way to go here. John Allen gave him a 12/10 to win the Port Adelaide Guineas last time out and he was strong. 2020m will be no issue here and Rawiller is back on.
Big Danger: 1 Royal Rumble (Best Odds: $3.50) comes through the Gold Reef (1600m) at Caulfield where he made up ground late behind in form filth Bengal Cat. Draws a soft gate here so he will do no work and is a leading contender.
Roughie: 7 Colonel Custer (Best Odds: $17.00) didn’t pull up 100% after failing in the Port Adelaide Guineas so forgive and forget he went around. His form prior was very good and if he runs up to that, he is a chance.
