Seven races will be run and won at Pinjarra on Monday. The weather is fine, the track is good (4) and the rail is out six metres for the entire circuit.

8 Twilight Tale (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a beautifully bred filly on debut for Michael Grantham and I reckon she has an engine under the hood. She is by Savabeel out of former top class mare Dreamaway, so she’s bred to be good, and I think she is. Latest trial at Lark Hill, she got back but really liked the way she closed off under minimal pressure. I think she has the potential to be a rocket so keen to see her in what could be a day where Bob Peters has a flex.

1 Rory’s Revenge (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a Summer Dickson trained gelding that resumes. He hasn’t raced since June 3 at Northam over the mile when off speed and closed off with purpose when third to Only Us. Resumes without a trial so fresh at 1500m signals intent so watch the market.

7 Shazair (Bet Now:  $SP.00) looks suited up to 1500m after debuting over 1400m at Bunbury where she got back to near last in the run and while she was never a winning threat, she did make up ground and was pretty good in defeat I thought. If she can be within range, she has the finale to be dangerous.

9 Glanced (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is another Bob Peters blueblood that debuts and like the one in the first, I think she can make a winning debut. She too trialled at Lark Hill over 950m when back in the run and although pushed out, she did respond quite well and was good in defeat. Blinkers on, and although bred to appreciate further, I think she’ll be hard to beat against these.

8 Addictive Dream (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a very interesting runner. Formerly with Kris Lees, she finds herself in WA under the care of Team Williams and I think this is the first horse Australian Bloodstock has with the stable, so I dare say they will want to make an impression. Trial work has been good and form around her reads very well.

2 Longley (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a son of Puissance De Lune that resumes. He hasn’t set the world on fire in two career runs but he has shown talent to my eye in trial work and is bred to be a handy one. Overall, not a strong maiden, so he doesn’t need to be anything special to run a positive race fresh.

8 Mississippi Dawn (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is the third of the Bob Peters bluebloods that debuts and I am with her to make a winning debut. She trialled over 950m at Lark Hill when back and wide but under light riding, she moved very well late and closed with purpose. If she can use the inside gate to advantage, she takes beating.

4 Invincible Thief (Bet Now:  $SP.00) looks hard to beat after an eye catching effort over this track/distance. She got too far back in the run but I really liked the way she closed her race off. If he can settle closer and use the gate to advantage, he’ll look the winner at some stage.

2 Amamus (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a son of Smart Missile that debuts for Stephen Miller. This guy trialled over 950m at Lark Hill where he ran fourth but to my eye, moved very well and looked to have something in the locker to suggest he has ability, so watch the market.

4 Ultimate Deel (Bet Now:  $SP.00) looks the winner for Team Pearce. He ran over 1800m in an Ascot maiden last time where he got a fair way out of his ground and while he was never a winning threat, he did make up ground and was pretty good in defeat. The rise in trip is ideal, he has scope and finds a thin race.

1 Spanish Kat (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has had numerous chances to break the maiden tag but that said, he’s knocking on the door big time. He attempted to lead throughout at Mt Barker last time and gave a strong kick from the front but just felt the pinch late. I think with a patient steer, a bunny to chase, he’ll be more effective.

6 Danea Rock (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is one at odds to be entertained as a first four threat. He contested the same 1800m Ascot maiden as Ultimate Deel. He got back in the run and made up minor headway, but was never really a winning threat. Gets the Blinkers off, which I find interesting…one for exotics.

1 Touretto (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is the way I am leaning in what looks a tricky race. Team Williams trained gelding that ran over this track/distance last time out where he got back in the run but made up many lengths and was a real eye catcher late in the piece. Gets in well after the claim, happy to be in his corner.

8 Shoot To Fame (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has returned well and is a key threat. Market said she was a good thing when resuming in a Bunbury maiden. She got a sweet sit in transit and finished best to win and win well in decent time. Bit of depth to this line up, but she has returned well and rates highly.

2 Drinks On Me (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a key chance. He resumed at this track/distance where he got back to near last in the run and while he was never a winning threat, he worked home with real purpose I thought when fourth. Likely spots them a start but should be strong at the end.

9 High Commission (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is better suited over further but she is a good mare for Team Williams and I think she can resume with a win. She hasn’t raced since Feb 15 at Ascot where she raced over 1800m and was good late from the back in a strong performance in defeat. Has trialled well, should get three wide cover and launch late.

7 Antique Star (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a Michael Grantham trained mare that resumes. She is first up, having not raced since Sep 7 at Belmont over the mile. She was wide no cover throughout and that hard run told on her late when down the track. Given a good break and the trial work suggests she’ll run well fresh.

6 Village Girl (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is the one with fitness on her side and is racing well. She ran over 1200m here last time when off speed and worked home with purpose in a good effort when fourth. If she can settle closer, she’s dangerous enough to win I say.

5 If I Din Havadime (Bet Now:  $SP.00) for me each way in the get out. Lou Luciani trained mare that ran over 1100m at Bunbury last time. She got into a decent spot near the speed and presented to win but just found a couple better and was good in defeat. Back to 1000m, drawn the right part of the track, she rates highly.

3 Hit The Jackpot (Bet Now:  $SP.00) faces a good test but think he can measure up after a couple of wins at Albany where he has been far too good for them in dominant fashion. Good racing style, short course specialist and gets in well after the claim.

4 Uukhai (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a Justine Erkelens trained gelding that resumes. This gelding is first up, having not raced since Sep 11 at Belmont when racing over 1200m when off speed, doing work and was solid enough in defeat. Wide no cover there so a forgive run and can sprint well fresh, so watch the market.
