Weight didn’t stop 3 Sir Now (Bet Now:  $SP.00) when a dominant winner at Morphettville two weeks ago, landing on speed and was trucking before being clicked up and away he went to win and win well. Proven weight carrier, will press forward and take beating once again.

1 Volcanic Express (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a fascinating runner. Jolly/Potter trained gelding that hasn’t raced since the 2025 Goodwood when down the track behind Reserve Bank. Looks to have trialled well enough for the return, gets the claim, watch betting.

4 Winning Revolution (Bet Now:  $SP.00) was down the track behind Sir Now two weeks back at Morphettville. He was wide throughout but did have cover. That said, I thought he was entitled to finish his race off much better. Prior efforts were strong, not dismissing.

1 Brave Hustler (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is clearly hard to beat for Team Oxlade. He has been kept on the fresh side since a win in the David Coles, leading throughout and gave nothing else a look in to score. Tick over trial was sharp, he’ll land on speed and take running down.

7 Damizer (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes to town for Phillip Stokes after a debut win at Balaklava when wide no cover on speed but just the one turn. Moved well and when clicked up she found plenty under pressure. Confident she can measure up.

2 Lalor (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a Michael Hickmott trained juvenile that resumes. He had two runs in the Autumn, where each time he placed but didn’t run nowhere near his trials. Given a break, trial was strong, resumes on the home track…definite market/yard watch.

11 Word Game (Bet Now:  $SP.00) gets a BIG rider upgrade and with that, she’s my play here. She resumed over this track/distance three weeks ago in a maiden where she just spotted them too much head start and was set a task when second. If she’s within range, she’s got the finale to overhaul them.

3 Like A Drifter (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is heading in the right direction. 3/3 this time in, the latest being over 1100m here three weeks ago when knuckling down with purpose to score. Good test here but confident he can measure up.

12 Fiabesca (Bet Now:  $SP.00) was scratched from Wednesday in preference for this race. She led at Balaklava last time over 1400m and gave a decent sight but just felt the pinch late. Like her back to 1200m, lands on speed…doubt she wins but could pinch first four.

11 Brimarvi Rosemarie (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should be better for the first up run, which came over 1050m at Balaklava. She got a fair way out of her ground but worked home with real purpose late in the piece when a narrow second to Squad. Fitter and up in trip, she’ll take beating.

12 Artistic Angel (Bet Now:  $SP.00) steps up to 1100m after racing over 1050m at Balaklava last start. She got back to near last in the run and was good late without threatening behind Squad. Like her up in trip…she’s in the mix here.

2 Lofty Thoughts (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is an Alex Rae trained gelding that resumes. Formerly with Lindsey Smith, the talent is well and truly there but at times has been quite frustrating to follow. Jumpout work this time in has been encouraging, watch the market.

6 Stirrup Cup (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a good bet here for me. Thought his run was very good at Morphettville two weeks ago given he was back near last in an on speed dominated race yet closed with purpose behind Our Sassy Lady. If he’s within range, his finale will be hard to hold out from the rest.

10 Bolted In (Bet Now:  $SP.00) steps up to 2000m after racing over 1800m at Morphettville a fortnight back. He got into a decent spot in transit near the speed and was there to win but just couldn’t quite get there when third to Our Sassy Lady. Like him back up in trip, he likes Murray Bridge, he’s a clear leading contender.

11 Goodwin Guru (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is eligible for much easier but she looks a filly of promise for Andrew Gluyas. Not sure she beat much in her maiden win at Strathalbyn last time but the manner in which she went about it was impressive. Confident she can run well.

3 Falanghina (Bet Now:  $SP.00) each way for me. She ran here last time where on face value, I thought she was poor, but when watching the replay, I thought she ran about as well as she could have given the race shape. If she can get a drag into the race, she can launch late and win.

15 Extra Hot (Bet Now:  $SP.00) was solid in defeat behind Miss Orth two weeks ago at Morphettville. She was wide with cover and tried hard but just couldn’t quite finish the race off well enough. 1200m and proven at Murray Bridge, she’s dangerous.

1 Global Turn (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is several weeks between runs since racing over 1250m at Morphettville Parks when back near last in the run and did make up ground but was never really threatening. Should be strong late and hopefully can settle closer.

3 Naralinga (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes to town off the back of an impressive win at Mount Gambier when giving them a start and a beating, producing a sustained finale and making a proper mess of them. Confident he can run well against these.

7 Act Natural (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should be better for the first up run, which came over 1100m at Morphettville a fortnight back. He landed on speed and tried hard but just felt the pinch late when fourth to Sir Leapalot. Good racing style, fitter, up in trip, he appeals.

16 Royal Scripture (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a Richards/Moyle trained gelding that resumes. He is first up, having not raced since Feb 28 when down the track over 1400m at Morphettville Parks. He can sprint well fresh and his trial work has been encouraging. One for exotics.

1 Surprise Coming (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a straight bat play. Three weeks between runs since racing over 1200m here when first up. He sat on speed and tried hard when second to the hard fit, in form Gold Spirit. Good racing style, maps ideally, hard to beat.

7 Big Brute (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is three weeks between runs since racing at this track/distance. He landed on speed and thought he was there to win but just couldn’t quite see it through when fourth to Sought After. He’s a pretty reliable horse, good racing style and should be around the mark.

12 Saint Boom (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has a really good record at the track and should be better for the first up run, which came over 1100m here where she found them too sharp but wasn’t bad late in the piece. Fitter, up in trip, soft map, a first four contender.

14 Divine Fire (Bet Now:  $SP.00) looks to have returned well for Stephen Theodore and strikes a winnable race. She ran over the mile at Strathalbyn last start when on speed and tried hard but just felt the pinch late in the piece behind Affaire Vue. Hard fit and I think will be more effective with a more patient steer.

12 Grinzinger Halo (Bet Now:  $SP.00) ran over the mile at Morphettville a fortnight back. She landed in a decent spot just off speed but gate one on the wet track, inside off, she couldn’t get in the finish. Firmer deck, she’s a key chance.

3 Falaise (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is third up from a spell and should be at peak fitness. Latest run was last Saturday over 1400m on the Parks track, closing strongly from off speed in an eye catching effort. Like him up in trip and if within range, he can win.
