Goldikova remains on course to bid for her fourth consecutive victory in the Prix Rothschild at Deauville at the end of the month.
The incredible 13-time Group One-winning mare came off second best in her much anticipated clash with Canford Cliffs in the Queen Anne at Royal Ascot, but trainer Freddie Head remains upbeat.
“She’s very well and I am very pleased with her. She’ll go back to Deauville on July 31 for the Prix Rothschild,” said Head.
“There was no disgrace in being beaten at Ascot. I was very happy with her and she ran a great race.
“It was a tough race for her, but she is in good form now and we look forward to Deauville.”
Half-sister and stablemate Galikova was narrowly denied by Golden Lilac when bidding for her first Group One in the French Oaks, and a rematch could be on the cards.
“She is well and she is going to run on August 23 in the Prix de la Nonette at Deauville. It is a trial for the Prix Vermeille,” Head said.
“I think Golden Lilac is going to run there, too, so it will be a nice race.
“Hopefully we can get our revenge.”
