Aidan O’Brien has declared Snow Queen and Magical Dream among a final field of 13 as he seeks to win the Moyglare Stud Stakes at the Curragh on Sunday for a seventh time.
The Ballydoyle trainer’s successes in this Group One over seven furlongs for two-year-old fillies has included the last two renewals with Misty For Me and Maybe.
Snow Queen looks the pick of his duo, fresh from her win over the course and distance last weekend, while Magical Dream disappointed in the Group Two Debutante Stakes at the same venue last month.
The Andy Oliver-trained Sendmylovetorose and Pat Shanahan’s My Special J’s will attempt to give their trainers first Group Ones after connections paid a supplementary fee.
John Oxx is double-handed with Harasiya – the mount of Pat Smullen – and Karamaya, while Kevin Prendergast runs Starbright and Patrick Prendergast saddles Nandiga.
