In the world of the international thoroughbred, it’s the Tattersalls Online Southern Hemisphere Pop-Up Sales who partners Inglis Digital Australia on 6 and 7 August.
And with the top-class three-year-old filly Bountiful being offered by the international high achiever Highclere Thoroughbreds, she will definitely appeal being sired by Champion Australian sire Zoustar.
With Zoustar also being Champion First, Second and Third Crop Leading Sire in Australia, he has been the leading sire of Stakes winners (27) and Group 1 winners (6) over the past two seasons.
Now the sire of 69 individual Stakes winners and 122 Stakes performers, with over $158 million in progeny earnings, he had an Australian record-breaking 208 winners and 364 wins in 2023–24.
As his yearlings have sold up to $3 million—including a Lady Cosmology colt for $1.3 million in 2024—his 67 lots averaged $493,000 this year. This season, Group 1 winner Schwarz is a new sire son.
Offered as a breeding and racing proposition with a 94 BHA rating, Bountiful is a winner of two races at 5½f and 6f as a two-year-old, and finished a close fourth in the Group 2 Duchess of Cambridge Stakes.
Returning this season with a third in the Listed Spring Cup at Lingfield, followed by another third over 7 furlongs at Newmarket, she is lightly raced, placing in the top four in five of her eight starts to date.
A 95,000 Guineas buy for Highclere at the 2023 Tattersalls October Yearling Sale, she is out of the Group 2-winning and Group 1-placed Holy Roman Emperor mare Rich Legacy, from the family of German champions Boreal and Borgia.

Also catalogued with Melbourne Cup appeal is the progressive three-year-old stayer Many Men, who received a 95 Timeform rating following his recent win in a two-mile handicap at Ascot for Jim Boyle.
Earlier this season, he also recorded wins over 1¼ miles and 1¾ miles, having scored over 1¼ miles as a two-year-old. He is noted for his ability to come from behind with an electric turn of foot in the home straight.
Bred by Miss Kirsten Rausing and by her Landwades Stud’s top-line Prix du Jockey Club winner State of Man, he hails from the family of Lady Jane Digby and sires Polish Patriot and Grand Cayman.
