Todd Pollard will embark on his own training career after applying for his individual training licence at the start of 2026. With boxes available from February 2026, Todd Pollard Racing will be based at Eagle Farm Racecourse in Brisbane, a facility Todd knows extremely well.
After playing an integral role within Archibald Racing (formerly Annabel Neasham Racing) for the past five years, Todd has been responsible for establishing and leading the Queensland operation for more than three-and-a-half years, producing consistent results for the larger stable. During his time as Assistant Trainer with Archibald Racing, Todd worked closely with Group 1 winners Moโunga, Zaaki, Bois dโArgent and Sunshine In Paris, along with numerous other stakes winners.
โI am very excited to announce that I am setting up my own training business, Todd Pollard Racing. This has been a long-term ambition of mine, and I have worked hard to reach this point. I have been fortunate to gain experience with a number of top trainers, including the Archibald stable and Stephen Marsh. Prior to this, I was lucky enough to be part of the Godolphin Flying Start program from 2016 to 2018, which provided me with invaluable international experience in the racing industry. This included placements with leading international trainers Roger Varian (UK), Phil DโAmato (USA) and Bjorn Baker (Australia).โ
Todd is currently in the process of building his stable ahead of February and will be attending all major yearling and online sales, looking to purchase horses to fill his new operation.
