Trainer Peter Moody who is best known as the trainer of Champion sprinter Black Caviar has all but confirmed his intention to return to training.
Moody had hinted to the idea of returning to training this weekend but the multiple Group One winning trainer all but confirmed that the rumours were true saying he is contemplating the idea of training again albeit for a small group of owners.
“Look, I don’t want to go back to where I was training over 100 horses. I’ll be training my own horses for a small group of clients who had been with me for the journey,” Peter Moody said on RSN radio.
Peter Moody has won four Melbourne trainers’ premierships and has trained three Horse of the Year winners with Black Caviar winning the award three years in a row. Typhoon Tracy and Dissident were his other champions.
