Dual Group One-winning sprinter Roch ‘N’ Horse has been retired from racing and is set to embark on the next chapter of her journey.
The daughter of Per Incanto, who triumphed in the 2022 Newmarket Handicap and the Champions’ Sprint at Flemington, will now begin her breeding career at Little Avondale Stud, owned by Sam and Catriona Williams.
With five wins and seven placings from 23 starts, Roch ‘N’ Horse amassed an impressive prize money tally of over A$3 million.
“She has retired sound and a very happy mare. There was nothing else left for her to prove,” commented Sam Williams about Roch ‘N’ Horse’s retirement.
Williams expressed his satisfaction with the mare’s achievements, stating that she had accomplished everything they could have hoped for.
The decision to retire Roch ‘N’ Horse was motivated by her remarkable success on the track and the desire to continue her legacy as a broodmare at the stud.
