Jockey Jamie Mott has returned in style after riding a winner at Sale in his first ride since suffering from two broken legs in a fall at Cranbourne in November forcing him out of riding for the past six months.
Jamie Mott suffered two broken legs as the result of a four-horse fall at Cranbourne.
Mott had surgery to insert a rod and screws to a fractured tibia and fibula in his left leg following the fall on Friday night.
It was later discovered he also had a fracture in his right ankle.
Mott rode Rock The Ring to win the fourth race at Sale.
