Whilst yet to win in four runs back, you could argue this horse has improved this time in and finds the most suitable race for his preparation here.
He was good when on speed at Flemington in a strong race latest behind Fiorenot, Ambassadorial and Yes I Know. When going 1400 up to 1800m and facing a fast speed, which possibly saw him vulnerable late.
That run should bring him on from a fitness perspective and with a soft run on the map here he should be well positioned to break through in a class weaker than what he’s been facing at his past two starts.
