Caulfield Guineas champion Griff has secured a spot at Larneuk Stud in Victoria for the 2025 breeding season.
Neville Murdoch, of Larneuk Stud, confirmed that the Group 1 winner has arrived at their Euroa farm, where he will stand for an introductory service fee of $9900 this spring.
A son of Trapeze Artist, Griff was trained by Ciaron Maher and began his career with a win at two. He cemented his status as a top three-year-old with victories in the Listed Exford Plate, Group 2 Stutt Stakes, and the Group 1 Caulfield Guineas, where he defeated the likes of Veight, King Colorado, Militarize, Little Brose, and Southport Tycoon.
“We could not be more delighted to be welcoming Griff to Larneuk,” Murdoch said.
“Horses of his talent and quality are hard to come by and it is very exciting to have a Caulfield Guineas winner calling Larneuk home. I think he’s the best value Caulfield Guineas winner at stud.”
Griff joins Larneuk’s impressive stallion lineup, which includes Japanese G1 winner Lauda Sion, Impending, and Wandjina.
