Supido will not race in Sunday's Bletchingly Stakes
The all-in Bletchingly Stakes favourite Supido is set to bypass Sunday’s rescheduled edition of the race to head straight to the McEwen Stakes at Moonee Valley.
Supido opened as the $3.20 favourite in Bletchingly Stakes markets last Wednesday when the final field was released but due to high winds the race was rescheduled from Saturday until this coming Sunday at Sandown.
It is likely that Multiple Group 1 winner Lankan Rupee will head new markets.
Trainer Mick Kent has confirmed Supido will bypass Sunday's Bletchingly Stakes and will go straight to Ian McEwen at Moonee Valley Sept 9.
