Finche headlines the nominations for Saturday's The Bart Cummings
Twenty five stayers have been entered in Saturday’s The Bart Cummings at Flemington with the winner securing a spot in the 2019 Melbourne Cup Field.
The Bart Cummings brings with it a ballot exempt spot into the Melbourne Cup Field and this years edition of the race has seen twenty five nominations headlined by the current 2019 Melbourne Cup favourite Finche.
Finche shot to the head of Melbourne Cup odds after an impressive win in the Kingston Town Stakes last weekend.
