The Quezette Stakes takes place this weekend, the 18th of August 2012. Race 4 at Caulfied this Saturday, the Lister Quezette Stakes is a 1100 metre race for three-year old fillies with set weights plus penalties.
The total prize pool is $120,000, with first getting $72,000, second $21,600, third $10,800, fourth $5,400, fifth $3,000, and sixth, seventh, and eighth $2,400Samaready, this years Blue Diamond Stakes winner, will be returning to the race track after finishing third in the 2012 Golden Slipper.
She will be looking to join the winner’s list for this race, which has included such horses as Satin Shoes and Corsaire.
