There have obviously been whispers going around about a runner who made her Melbourne debut last start at the Valley but the secret looks like it is out with punters putting plenty of money on her toto win this Saturday at Caulfield.
The Simon Miller trained Whispering Brook showed great toe to carve over from the wide gate and she gave a really good kick when second to Merriest. She opened the $4.50 favourite and has been crunched, now sitting at $2.20.
Second favourite Leotie has been scratched from the race which has seen Samara Dancer take the second line of betting at $5.50 whilst Sebring Dream has also shortened into $7.00 but all of the money has been for the top weight.
