Sunlight stifles betting in the Magic Night Stakes
Sunlight completely stifles betting when it comes to her final lead up to the 2018 Golden Slipper, the Magic Night Stakes (1200m) at Rosehill this Saturday, with the filly being the lone runner under $10 with bookmaker Sportsbet.
The Tony McEvoy trained filly hasn’t raced since outgunning Estijaab to win a thrilling edition of the Silver Slipper. She is using the same path she did to win the Magic Millions by having a run seven days prior. She is $1.45 out from $1.35 but is heavily anchored in multis.
The next best at $13 is Setsuna, in from $14, sitting alongside Cristobal, who opened $16 so she has had admirers. Terminology ($31 – $26) has also had admirers.
