Alizee is the odds on favourite in early Expressway Stakes betting
Star Godolphin mare Alizee is set to take on a small field in this weekends Group Two Expressway Stakes where she is the odds on favourite.
Alizee will return from a spell in the race and bookmakers are taking no chances with the mare installing her as the $1.90 favourite ahead of Standout at $4.60.
The nominations for the race were taken on Monday and it is set to be a small Expressway Stakes field so tactics will likely play there part in the race.
Alizee will be aimed at the $5m All Star Mile during the Autumn in which she finished third in last year.
