Alpine Edge is the short odds favourite in the Magic Millions QTIS
Alpine Edge is near odds on with Ladbrokes.com.au for the Magic Millions QTIS (1300m) at the Gold Coast this Thursday.
The Team Edmonds trained four year old was a notable drifter in betting last time in the King Of The Mountain (1200m) at Toowoomba but ran a super race in defeat when second to Yellow Brick, who looks hard to beat in the Magic Millions Guineas. Opened $2.15 and remains there, with a drying track on the cards.
Ef Troop has been an early firmer, into $4.80 from $5. They have a good hold on the market, with next best being Indiscreetly at $8, a talented mare that has trialled up well and is first up.
