Punters are having a tough time figuring out who will win the feature race at Belmont this Saturday, the Belmont Newmarket (1200m), with nothing really backed with confidence at this stage.
The favourite for the event is the Bolton Sprint winner Profit Street, who looks to have found his ideal home at 1200m. He is the $2.20 top pick, slightly out from $2.10.
Battle Hero, a former Team Williams horse now with Chris Gangemi, did get down to $4 from $4.80 but is now out to $4.60 with a late push now for It’s It, who is into $4.80 after opening $5.
A couple of runners specked at odds are Dezzies Dream ($14-$13-$14) and Spin Da Wheels ($31-$27-$31).
