Ladbrokes have got their markets out for racing this Saturday, and we have tried to find four runners that appears overs in betting.
Randwick Race Three Number 7 Strait Acer ($19):
Strait Acer looks a nice colt for Ed Cummings. Got back and charged late on debut at Hawkesbury, just missing out on the win, before making amends on the Kenso where he was given a peach by Parr and got the bob when it counted, right on the peg. I think he will want much further than 1300m, but he’s got an engine under the hood and if he’s within range, he can take this out.
Randwick Race Six Number 5 Bullfinch ($7.00):
Bullfinch is three weeks between runs since racing at this track/distance where he wasn’t suited by the sit/sprint but I liked the way he found the line late in the piece when third to a very progressive animal, Nugget. He has pretty much run well right throughout this prep and this looks a very winnable race for him. Happy to be in his corner.
Randwick Race Seven Number 4 Tony Be ($7.50):
Tony Be looks ready to win again. Ripping steer from J Collett saw him win three back at Rosehill before a fifth there two back. Last start came here and I really liked the way he found the line late in the piece when a narrow second to Global Ausbred. He has that 2000m run under the belt, so that should hold him in good stead for this.
Randwick Race Ten Number 4 Al Mah Haha ($51):
Al Mah Haha is worth a throw at the stumps in the get out. Tash Burleigh trained gelding that is four weeks between runs since racing at Rosehill where he was wide no cover for the trip and despite that, I actually thought he did a pretty good job in defeat behind Cavalier Charles. He gets in really well after the claim and the depth here is nowhere near as strong. Not racing as well as he has previously, but he doesn’t have to be going as well to take this out.
