Punters have backed a horse having its first start today at Donald from it’s opening quote of $41 into his current price of $4.00.
The Sue Jaensch trained first starter Alsvior opened at $41 with online bookmaker Sportsbet before punters wen’t bang, smashing the horses odds into as short as $3.80 before easing slightly to his current price of $4.00.
Alsvior has had just the one trial where he hit the line okay into fifth at Naracoorte but was beaten nine lengths so there must be some confidence from connections as the move would not have come based on that outing.
