Smart Image is favourite for the Mackay Newmarket
In form gelding Smart Image is favourite with Ladbrokes.com.au for the feature race at Mackay on Friday, the Mackay Newmarket (1300m).
The Team Rowe trained former Sydney sider has been excellent since heading north and off the back of a spank job win at Townsville, he clearly appeals and the market agrees, having him as a $4.60 favourite.
Bollente, unlucky last Friday in the Rockhampton Newmarket, is on the second line of betting at $5, clear of Montenegro Man at $7. Isis Carmella has had early interest, into $7.50 from $9.
