Fillies out to prove themselves in the Widden Stakes

Mallory, a debut runner up behind a potential star, is favourite with Sportsbet.com.au to take out the Widden Stakes (1100m) this Saturday at Rosehill.

The Ryan/Alexiou trained filly debuted in the Gimcrack and ran second to Enthaar, which is regarded by most as the A1 juvenile form. She heads the market for this weekend at $2.45.

Total Babe, who ran third in the Gimcrack, is a $3.80 chance and been slightly easy after opening $3.60. The other key chance looks to be Vianello, who is $4.60 unchanged.
