Royal Symphony heads the Cox Plate market with Winx taken out
Online bookmaker Sportsbet have got the three year old Royal Symphony as the one to beat in the Cox Plate (2040m) Winx out market.
The Tony McEvoy trained three year old was very good in the Caulfield Guineas, racing without luck at a vital stage in the straight and being a desperately unlucky fourth. He is at $4 to beat the field home behind Winx.
He does hold the call over three runners at $4.60: Gailo Chop, Humidor and Folkswood. The horse that doesn’t appear too bad is Happy Clapper at $5.50. He ran a beauty last year in the Cox Plate and has Oliver steering.
