Jamie Kah, 27, is gearing up to contest allegations surrounding a white powder controversy, vowing to plead not guilty.
The Victorian Racing Tribunal hosted a directions hearing where Kah faced a charge of conduct prejudicial to the image, interests, integrity or welfare of racing.
In a video recorded by stablehand Ruby McIntyre on June 17 and 18, Kah was seen allegedly handling a white substance while gathered at her home with an identification card.
A two-day hearing, set to commence on November 13 following the Melbourne Cup Carnival, will delve into the matter.
Kah is set to return to race riding on Saturday following a period of recovery from a fall that resulted in a severe concussion and head injury at Flemington in March.
In her first meeting back, Kah will partner with champion Zaaki in the $1 million Group 1 Winx Stakes on Saturday.
