Punters plunge on boom horse at Flemington

Punters only want one horse when it comes to The Sofitel (1400m) this afternoon at Flemington.

Ayrton is the boom horse in the race and comes into this off the back of a sharp win two weeks ago at Caulfield. $1.80 was first put up and he’s now into $1.60, and is an anchor in multis.

There have been a couple of runners specked to beat him, notably Crosshaven ($11-$8.5-$9.5) and Regardsmaree ($9.5-$7.5-$8).
