Gold Symphony has officially been scratched from Saturday’s Golden Rose due to an elevated temperature.
The Peter Moody trained colt was drawn in barrier one for the 1400m race at Rosehill. Race favourite Exosphere ($3.10) will now jump from the inside.
Gold Symphony was a $26 chance to win the race in just it’s fifth start.
The scratching means the field of the Group 1 worth $1,000,000 in prize money has been reduced to just 8 runners.

In terrible luck for all owners, Gold Symphony is out of tomorrow’s Golden Rose with an elevated temperature.
