Alcopop has barrier three in his bid to go one better than his second to So You Think in the 2000m race 12 months ago, while last year’s Caulfield Cup winner Descarado has drawn wide in 10.
A field of 14 accepted for the Group One Toorak Handicap (1600m), headed by aptly-named last-start winner Toorak Toff.
He came up with barrier five while King’s Rose, who was scratched from the Epsom Handicap at Randwick last weekend, drew gate one.
