Magic Millions favourite Driefontein has drawn ideally in barrier three for Saturday’s $2 million race at the Gold Coast.
Her closest challengers Sizzling and Amorino have also drawn well in gates six and eight respectively.
The Gai Waterhouse-trained Driefontein will be ridden by Tommy Berry who won last year’s race aboard Karuta Queen.
Driefontein displaced Sizzling as TAB Sportsbet’s favourite when she beat him on New Year’s Eve.
A full field of 16 plus five emergencies was declared for the race which is restricted to yearlings sold at 2010 Magic Millions sales.
