While many have predicted the Sydney horses will dominate the Magic Millions 3yo Guineas Sportingbet Australia punters have come for two of the Queensland hopes in early betting.
Sportingbet Australia CEO Michael Sullivan said the Desleigh Foster trained Easy Running and Kelso Wood trained Lucky Morna had both come in for good support.
“We’ve taken bets including one of $2500 at $10 on Easy Running with several more bets bringing his price in to $8.00,” said Sullivan.
“There’s also been a bet of $3000 at $13 on Lucky Morna and the filly is in to $11 as a result.
“The Queensland pair are the best backed runners so far with favourite Safusa particularly easy and drifting from $3.70 to $3.90.”
