The first of the Group 2 races at Randwick Racecourse on Saturday is the 2010 Furious Stakes, 10 runners will be looking to take home the $110,000 winners cheque on offer. The very impressive Parables goes into the race as the $2.70 favourite after winning the Group 3 Silver Shadow Stakes.
Parables the last start winner of the Silver Shadow Stakes at Warwick Farm will go into Saturday’s race as the favourite after opening at $2.70, the Peter Snowden trained filly won in very impressive fashion a fortnight ago to beat home Solar Charged and Chance Bye.
On the second line of betting is More Strawberries who is also coming out of the Silver Shadow Stakes beaten by 2L, punters feel she will be better over more distance which is why she is so close to Parables in the betting.
Ambers Waltz is on the third line of betting after a disappointing run behind Parables in the Silver Shadow Stakes when she jumped as the second favourite to take out the Group 3 race, punters think she can bounce back this week. She has opened at $4.80.
