Bargain buy Behemoth who cost a measly $6,000 will head for a spell following his second in the G1 Goodwood with the intention to target the horse at the $7.5m Golden Eagle in the Spring.
Behemoth ran an eye catching second in Saturday’s G1 Goodwood behind Despatch with trainer David Jolly now setting the horse at the lucrative Golden Eagle at Rosehill.
Connections have also outlined the Group One Memsie Stakes as another target for the horse in the Spring.
