A share in exciting stallion Alabama Express and a stake in Listed-winning three-year-old colt Perspiration are among the top highlights of the Inglis Digital May (Late) Online Sale.
Alabama Express, standing at Yulong, has made a major impact early in his stud career with 12 stakes performers from just 83 runners. His progeny includes the three-time Group 1-winning filly Treasurethe Moment – regarded as one of the top three-year-olds in Australia – along with multiple stakes winner Alabama Lass, Glasgow Lass, and Discretion Rules.
Alabama Express served 223 mares in the 2024 season and returns to Yulong this year with a service fee of $66,000 (inc GST).
Also in the spotlight is Perspiration, a Too Darn Hot colt trained by Ciaron Maher. The progressive galloper won the Listed Heritage Stakes at Rosehill during the spring and boasts a record of two wins from six starts. Notably, he has performed well against high-profile rivals such as Storm Boy, Feroce, Gatsby’s, and Tropicus.
The May (Late) Sale catalogue features a total of 347 lots, including 152 racehorses (87 race fillies), 87 broodmares, 43 shares, 42 weanlings, 20 yearlings, and three unbroken horses.
Bidding for the online auction closes from 10am on Wednesday.
