Two of the UK’s biggest bookmakers Ladbrokes and Coral have agreed on a merger to create Ladbrokes Coral plc which will now be Britain’s biggest betting shop.
Ladbrokes has become on of Australia’s leading bookmakers since opening, it is not known what will happen with the Australian business if anything.
