1 Best Secret (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is the straight bat play in the opener. He comes through the Golden Gate at Royal Ascot where he got back off speed and was trucking before being clicked up and was looking teh winner but got checked on numerous occasions in the straight and it ended up being an ugly watch. If the breaks go his way here, he can win.

Danger

7 Parole D’Oro (Bet Now:  $SP.00) steps up to ten furlongs after racing over the mile at Newmarket. He got back off the speed and chased with purpose in the straight when second to Dutch Decoy, beaten narrowly. Racing like 2000m is fine nad gets Ryan Moore to steer.

Long Shot

5 Dante’s Lad (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is looking to make it three on the bounce after a couple of strong wins, the latest being at Windsor when tracking the speed before being presented clear air and finished best to win and win well. Good test here, but think he measures up.

Race 2. (22:55) Richmond Stakes 1207m

1 Azizam (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a good each way gamble here. He has been strong in two career outings, the latest coming in the Windsor Castle at Royal Ascot where he got back in the run and was good late without threatening behind when third to Havana Hurricane. Racing like 1200m suits, he’ll be strong at the end…hard to beat I say.

Danger

4 Egoli (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has won his past two and each time has been impressive. Latest win came over 1200m at Newbury, leading throughout and he gave nothing else a look in to win in sharp style. Harder here, but think he can measure up.

Long Shot

7 Puerto Rico (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a couple of weeks between runs since contesting the Railway at Curragh when leading the small and though safely beaten, he beat the rest comfortably in a good effort. Good racing style and stable is flying with their juveniles.

2 Merchant (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is short enough but there is a reason for that. He looks a good thing and could put his hand up for the St Leger with a win here. He was very impressive in the King George V at Royal Ascot, giving them a start and a beating in an electric performance. Omni Man won overnight to frank the form and confident he’s the main one on the up.

Danger

3 Rahiebb (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is another potential St Leger candidate after his placing in the Queen’s Vase at Royal Ascot. He got into a decent spot off speed and chased with purpose in the straight when third to Carmers. Back in trip I like and should be strong at the end.

Long Shot

1 Galveston (Bet Now:  $SP.00) attempted to lead throughout in the King George V and he gave a decent kick from the front but just felt the pinch. That said, he stayed on and was good when third. Front end control potentially, he’ll be hard to get past.

2 See The Fire (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is the way I am leaning in what looks a tricky edition of the Nassau. She didn’t have the clearest of paths in the Prince Of Wales, but even allowing for that, she wasn’t getting past Ombudsman, who went like a rocket. Back to Mares grade, she takes beating.

Danger

Aidan O’Brien has already won a feature this week here with a three year old beating the older horses and he could well do it again via 5 Whirl (Bet Now:  $SP.00), who was an outstanding winner of the Pretty Polly, sitting on speed before being clicked up and away she went to win in dominant fashion. Keen to see how she goes.

Long Shot

4 Cercene (Bet Now:  $SP.00) takes on the older horses after a win over the mile in the Coronation, tracking the speed after being tardy away. She was clicked up around 400m from home, showed nice change up speed and won well. Keen to see how she goes at this level.

Race 5. (00:45) Buccellati Handicap 1005m

14 Wheels Of Fire (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is worth an each way ticket. He ran over 1200m at Catterick last time out where he got into a reasonable spot in transit and was there to win but just didn’t get the clearest of paths in the straight and it ended up being an ugly watch. If the breaks go his way, he can take this out at a price. (near speed, not the best of paths)

Danger

The Appleby stable won this race last year and they are looking to repeat the dose with 5 Nad Alshiba Green (Bet Now:  $SP.00), who ran second at Sandown last start, getting back in the run and closed off well late in the piece. If within range, the finale is there to launch late.

Long Shot

15 Star Chorus (Bet Now:  $SP.00) didn’t beat a great deal at Chepstow last start but he did show good ticker I thought, tracking the speed and was there to be run down but found and was strong to the line. First four contender at odds.

Race 6. (01:20) Phase Eight Nursery 1408m

I was keen on 1 American Gulf (Bet Now:  $SP.00) in the Coventry and he let me down but I want to butter up. He was very keen in the gates in the Coventry and I think ran his race, never being a factor after the gates opened. The debut win was electric and that of a good horse, so want to give him another chance, especially at the price. (won well debut, last start was fractious in gates)

Danger

3 Victorious One (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has been runner up in all three runs and has talent. He attempted to lead throughout at Epsom last time and gave a decent kick from the front but was nabbed near the peg in a narrow finish. Good racing style, he can threaten.

Long Shot

4 Goldwork (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a slight query at 1400m but does have the on speed racing style. He led over 1200m at Newbury last start and seemingly had his chance but was a bit on the plain side late. Perhaps the track was too firm? Time will tell, but his prior efforts were sound.

4 Brigid’s Well (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is worth a throw at the stumps in what looks an open contest. She is a daughter of Ulysses that is on debut. On breeding she should appreciate getting to 1600m and beyond, so debuting at 1400m I like. Drawn the right part of the track, she is each way for me. (bred to be good at 1600m+)

Danger

1 Aylin (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should be better for the debut run, which came at York over 1200m. She was tardy away but was able to get into a good spot in transit and was there to win but had to settle for a second. Fitter and up in trip, she only runs well. (tardy, chased, game)

Long Shot

8 Ice Sovereigns (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has the 1400m lead in under the belt, which holds her in good stead. She debuted over this trip at Newmarket where she was off and was a bit on the one paced side but she stayed on and was game. Improver for sure. (off speed, one paced, sayed on)

6 Sea Force (Bet Now:  $SP.00) for me in the get out. William Haggas trained gelding that ran over the mile at Ascot last time out where he got off speed and was strong late, just missing out on the win when a narrow second. If within range, he has the finale to get over the top. off speed, good late, just missed)

Danger

1 Antipodes (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes here off the back of a maiden win at Windsor when near the speed throughout and was tracking up with purpose. He was clicked up and strong to the line in winning. Good racing pattern, he’s a threat. (near speed, tracked, ciicked up)

Long Shot

2 We Dare To Dream (Bet Now:  $SP.00) was 1800m back to 1400m at Haydock. He landed near the speed and got a decent run in transit. He loomed but just missed in a driving go. Like him back up in trip, he’s a knockout hope.
