X-rays have confirmed high-profile jockey Nash Rawiller has fractured his right ankle.
Rawiller was injured in the starting stalls before a barrier trial at Rosehill on Tuesday morning.
He was taken to hospital for X-rays and Racing NSW confirmed the two-time Sydney premiership winner has fractured his right ankle.
“Doctors are now conducting scans to determine the treatment,” Racing NSW safety officer Maurice Logue said in a statement.
Rawiller was suspended at Rosehill on Saturday with his ban to run until December 28.
