Black Caviar’s daughter Persian Caviar impresses at jumpout

Persian Caviar, the three-year-old daughter of legendary racehorse Black Caviar, continues to show promise under the watchful eye of trainers Peter Moody and Katherine Coleman.

The filly ran second in her first jumpout this preparation on Tuesday at Pakenham’s synthetic track.

“She wasn’t asked for an effort, it was just a trial on the bridle,” Coleman said.

Persian Caviar has been given time to mature, with previous jumpouts in April and August, and Coleman confirmed the stable is pleased with her progress.

“She’s just been given time to mature and she pleased us this morning.”

Another jumpout is scheduled next Tuesday, with her race debut dependent on readiness.

“We’ll just let her guide us. Only when she’s ready,” Coleman added.

Meanwhile, Time Of My Life, a half-sister to Winx, is nearing her return, with one more gallop planned before resuming.
