Trainer Peter Moody has declared his business is “effectively over” after the RAD Board adjourned the hearing in his cobalt case until mid February 2016.
“It effectively ends my business,” Moody said leaving the hearing.
The delay will mean Moody will unlikely have the backing of owners during the upcoming yearling sales in which he would usually spend $2-3million.
