Gai Waterhouse trained filly Flamboyant Lass has been scratched from tomorrow’s Group 2 Tea Rose Stakes at Randwick.
The strongly fancied runner was backed in from $6 to $4.80 before being scratched.
Following it’s win in the Schweppes Handicap last month Waterhouse declared her intention to target either the Thousand Guineas or the Flight Stakes.
The Randwick track is currently rated as a Soft 5 with showers forecast tomorrow.
