Star mare Alizee has opened as the all-in favourite for Saturday’s G1 Canterbury Stakes at Randwick.
Alizee has opened at the head of the Canterbury Stakes market alongside boom three-year-old Standout at $2.80 a piece with Alizee’s stablemate Savatiano closely following the pair on the second line at $3.50.
Arguably the best three-year-old racing in the country Exceedance is on the third line of betting at $4.50 but is doubtful to run with the Coolmore Stud Stakes winner also nominated for the Newmarket Handicap at Flemington where connections are leaning towards running him.
