Five time Group One winner Santa Ana Lane has been officially retired from racing.
Santa Ana Lane is a ten time winner which included five Group Ones and amassed $8.2million in prize money throughout his career.
Anthony and Sam Freedman trained sprinter was touted as one of the best sprinters in the world after winning the VRC Sprint Classic and coming back in the autumn to beat a star studded field in the TJ Smith Stakes.
