In one of the most unusual occurrences we have seen during a race a jockey has borrowed another jockeys whip mid race.
In the sixth race at Golden Gate Fields on Thursday (local time) jockey Silvio Amador who was aboard the weakening Belle Magie leant his whip to rival jockey Julien Couton who was finishing strongly on his mount Olive You More.
