A punter is confident they know wh the winner of Tuesday’s Melbourne Cup is after placing a massive bet of $65,000 on favourite Incentivise to win.
The TAB punter has placed a $65,000 bet on Incentivise to win the 2021 Melbourne Cup at odds of $2.80.
Incentivise opened at $2.30 when the final field for the Melbourne Cup was released on Saturday evening but has continued to drift at every call with punters now able to get odds of $2.80 with most online bookmakers.
It has been reported that bookmakers could lose over $50 million dollars if favourite Incentivise wins the Cup.
