Punters have started the weekend on the wrong foot after the heavily backed $1.26 favourite at Pakenham was beaten in race three.
The Lindsay Park trained Edinburgh jumped as the $1.26 favourite in the third at Pakenham after opening at $1.50 and punters were never confident after she was slow to begin and just battled all the way down the straight to run second.
Jockey Jye McNeil rode the winner and second favourite Uno Ruby perfectly to score the win for the Maher and Eustace stable.
